  • 1 banana
  • 6 fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • ½ c. vanilla frozen yogurt
  • ¾ c. pineapple or orange juice – or a blend of the two

Directions: Add all ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth. Garnish with a kiwi slice for impressive presentation!

Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie

This smoothie includes yogurt for a bit more protein, which makes it perfect for breakfast.

  • 1 c. frozen strawberries
  • ¾ c. milk
  • ¾ c. pineapple juice
  • ½ c. vanilla yogurt
  • 2 T. white sugar
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 t. wheat germ (optional but super healthy!)

Directions: Combine all ingredients, and blend in Magic Bullet Juicer Blender or similar until blended.

Strawberry Chocolate Smoothie

This delicious strawberry smoothie recipe adds the sweetness of chocolate to strawberries and bananas for a perfect after-dinner treat.

  • 2 bananas, frozen and chunked
  • ½ c. frozen strawberries
  • 2 T. chocolate syrup
  • 1 c. plain yogurt

Directions: Combine all ingredients, and blend until smooth.

Hint: For an even healthier treat, use melted dark chocolate blended with a tiny bit of vegetable oil in place of the sugary chocolate syrup!
