Tips for Strawberry Smoothies

Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

If you have a really great Blender or Juicer, you may be able to leave the strawberry hulls attached. The greens aren't bad for you and include even more nutrients. However, if not, you might have to hull your fresh strawberries before putting them in a strawberry smoothie.

If you opt for frozen strawberry smoothies, make sure you go with a variety that has no added sugar. You won't need it, since this is a naturally sweet fruit!
